If I might channel my inner 15-year-old here, back to school time is all about getting it right: putting together the right outfit so it looks cool, but not like you spent as much time as you actually did putting it together; getting assigned the right homeroom with the right classmates; and a host of other things necessary to make the most out of the new school year. I married into a large family. I’m talking Irish-Catholic large. So there’s always an event happening: a wedding, a new baby, Confirmation, baptism and, during this time of year, graduations. And with graduation comes the ever-present cap and gown. Call me a geek, but I still have both of mine from high school and college.
