It was a pleasure to help announce the recent expansion of our recycling partnership with Caltrans, held at the Caltrans District headquarters in San Luis Obispo. In addition to the partner representatives, Colonel Barbara Nuisemer, the Commander of the National Guard Headquarters at Camp Roberts (the name sake of the Camp Roberts Rest Area), and staff from two San Luis Obispo County supervisors all joined us to show their support.
